- 1 ½ cups finely sliced cabbage
- ½ cup finely sliced capsicum
- 1 carrot, grated
- ½ spring onion, or ¼ regular onion, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon sultanas
- 1-2 tablespoons orange vinaigrette dressing (below)
Orange Vinaigrette Dressing
½ cup juice from an orange
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Pepper, to taste 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest.
