Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt.
Method
Cut each potato in half lengthwise.Then, cut each half into 4 even-sized wedges. Keep skin on potatoes.
Season the potato wedges.
Place them in a bowl and mix through oil, paprika and a pinch of salt.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through the cooking time.
Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1tablespoon onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
Mash avocado in a bowl.Dice tomato and onion finely and add to bowl.
Add lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
